These terms govern your use of Kiss, a web-based CRM service operated by Kiss (Keep It Simple Software), a trading name of Heart Systems Ltd ("Kiss", "we", "us"). By creating an account or subscribing you agree to them. Questions to support@kisscrm.co.uk.
1. The service
Kiss is a web-based CRM for small businesses: companies, contacts, quotes, tasks, calendar, email campaigns, and optional integrations (Gmail/Outlook, Google or Microsoft calendars, Xero, Stripe payment links) plus an AI assistant that drafts follow-ups for your review.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 and have authority to act for the business on whose behalf you register.
3. Free trial
We offer a 7-day free trial. A valid card is required at the start and is authorised but not charged. If you cancel any time before the trial ends, you are never charged. If you do not cancel, your subscription begins automatically on day 7 and your card is charged.
4. Plans & billing
One plan, all features. £29/month billed annually, or £39/month billed monthly. Additional users: £15/month billed annually, or £20/month billed monthly. Prices exclude VAT. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Payments are processed by Stripe; your card details are held by Stripe, not by us.
5. Cancelling
Cancel any time from your account settings, no notice period. Monthly plans: you keep access to the end of the paid month and are not charged again. Annual plans: full refund within 14 days of the first payment; after that, refunds are at our discretion. Cancelling during the free trial means you are never charged.
6. Acceptable use
Don't use Kiss unlawfully; don't attempt to access other customers' data; don't scrape, overload, or reverse-engineer the service; don't share your login. Only upload or process data you have the right to use.
7. Your data
You own your data. We process it only to provide the service (see our Privacy Statement). You can request an export or deletion at any time via support@kisscrm.co.uk. We take reasonable backups, but you remain responsible for your own business records.
8. AI features
The assistant's drafts are suggestions for you to review and approve. We don't guarantee they're accurate or complete; always check before sending.
9. Third-party integrations
Integrations (email, calendar, Xero, Stripe) are subject to those providers' own terms. Features may change if a provider changes their service.
10. Availability
We aim for reliable service and will give notice of planned maintenance where possible. We may add, change or remove features; we'll notify you of material changes.
11. Liability
The service is provided on an "as is" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We're not liable for indirect losses, loss of profits, or lost data. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot legally be limited (e.g. death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, with notice where practical. You can close your account at any time; your data is deleted per our Privacy Statement.
13. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
